1. Order Cancellation by Customer
You may request cancellation of your order within 12 hours of placing it or before it is shipped, whichever is earlier.
Once the order is processed and dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

2. Order Cancellation by Milife Pharma
We reserve the right to cancel your order in the following situations:
Product out of stock or unavailable
Payment not received or failed
Incomplete or inaccurate shipping details
Unserviceable delivery location
Order flagged for potential fraud
In such cases, we will inform you via email or phone, and if any payment has been made, a full refund will be issued within 5โ7 working days to the original payment method.
3. Refund on Cancelled Orders
For prepaid orders cancelled successfully before shipment, we will initiate a full refund.
Refunds may take 5โ7 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.
4. No Cancellation After Dispatch
Orders once shipped or out for delivery are not eligible for cancellation. You may refer to our Return Policy if you still wish to return the product after receiving it.
