At Milife Pharma Private Limited, we aim to ensure complete transparency and customer satisfaction. Our refund policy outlines the terms under which you may receive a refund for your purchase.
1. Eligibility for Refund
Refunds are only issued in the following cases:
You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product
Your return request was approved and the returned item passed quality inspection
Your order was cancelled before dispatch
We are unable to ship the product due to unforeseen circumstances
Refunds will not be issued for:
Opened or used products
Products returned without original packaging
Returns requested after the eligible return period (3 days from delivery)
Unsuccessful delivery attempts due to incorrect address or unavailability
2. Refund Process
Once your return or cancellation is approved:
We will process the refund within 5–7 business days
Refunds are credited to the original payment method (UPI, bank transfer, card, etc.) within 10-15 working days.
In case of Cash on Delivery (COD), we will request your bank details to initiate a bank transfer
3. Delayed or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after 7 business days:
Check your bank account or UPI app again
Contact your bank or payment provider
If the issue persists, email us at milifepharmapvtltd@gmail.com with your order details
4. Refund for Shipping Charges
If the return is approved due to our error (damaged/wrong product), we will also refund the applicable shipping charges.
For voluntary returns (if accepted), shipping fees are non-refundable
