At Milife Pharma Private Limited, we aim to ensure complete transparency and customer satisfaction. Our refund policy outlines the terms under which you may receive a refund for your purchase.

1. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds are only issued in the following cases:

  • You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product

  • Your return request was approved and the returned item passed quality inspection

  • Your order was cancelled before dispatch

  • We are unable to ship the product due to unforeseen circumstances

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Opened or used products

  • Products returned without original packaging

  • Returns requested after the eligible return period (3 days from delivery)

  • Unsuccessful delivery attempts due to incorrect address or unavailability

2. Refund Process

Once your return or cancellation is approved:

  • We will process the refund within 5–7 business days

  • Refunds are credited  to the original payment method (UPI, bank transfer, card, etc.) within 10-15 working days.

  • In case of Cash on Delivery (COD), we will request your bank details to initiate a bank transfer

3. Delayed or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after 7 business days:

  1. Check your bank account or UPI app again

  2. Contact your bank or payment provider

  3. If the issue persists, email us at milifepharmapvtltd@gmail.com with your order details

4. Refund for Shipping Charges

  • If the return is approved due to our error (damaged/wrong product), we will also refund the applicable shipping charges.

  • For voluntary returns (if accepted), shipping fees are non-refundable
