At Milife Pharma Private Limited, your satisfaction is our top priority. We accept returns under certain conditions to ensure your shopping experience is safe and worry-free.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns only if:
You received a damaged, defective, or wrong product
The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
You raise a return or replacement request within 3 days of receiving the product
Due to the nature of Ayurvedic products, returns are not accepted for reasons related to personal preference, opened packages, or health safety concerns.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following products cannot be returned:
Opened bottles or containers
Products damaged due to misuse or negligence
3. Return Request Process
To initiate a return, please email us at milifepharmapvtltd@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery with the following:
Order ID
Product name
Clear photos showing the issue (damaged, wrong item, etc.)
Our team will review the request and respond within 24–48 hours. If approved, we’ll guide you through the return shipping process.
4. Return Shipping
If the return is due to our error (damaged or wrong item), we will arrange free reverse pickup.
If not eligible, the return shipping cost will be borne by the customer.
- Replacement will be delivered in 5-7 business days.
Please ensure the product is securely packed to avoid further damage during return transit.
5. Inspection & Approval
All returned products go through a quality check at our warehouse. Refunds or replacements will be processed only after approval from our inspection team.
