1. Shipping Coverage

We ship to all locations across India through reliable courier and logistics partners.
At present, we do not offer international shipping.

2. Shipping Charges

• Free Shipping on all orders above ₹1000

• A nominal shipping charge may apply to orders below ₹1000, depending on your location and cart value

3. Order Processing Time

• All confirmed orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays)

• Orders placed after 3:00 PM IST will be processed on the next business day

4.  Delivery Time

• Metro Cities: 2–4 working days

• Other Cities/Towns: 4–7 working days

• Remote/Rural Areas: 5–10 working days

Please note that delivery times are estimated and may vary due to logistics issues, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS. You can use it to track the real-time status of your package.

6. Delays or Delivery Issues

While we strive to deliver your orders on time, delays may occur due to:

• High order volumes during festivals or sales

• Natural calamities, strikes, or courier disruptions

• Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

We will inform you promptly in case of any known delay.

7. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package is:

• Damaged upon delivery: Please do not accept it and inform us immediately.

• Marked delivered but not received: Contact our support team within 48 hours for investigation.

We will assist with a replacement or refund as per our Return & Refund Policies.

8. Change in Shipping Address

To change the shipping address after placing the order, please contact us within 12 hours of order placement. Once the order is shipped, the address cannot be modified.
